Manufacturing decisions
There are many things that need to be considered before a product can be produced, either as a prototype or as a finished item.
Materials need to be selected, the methods of construction and production need to be researched, and this needs expertise.
If the wrong materials are selected then the product may fail early into its life, or may not even get to market because of overly high manufacturing costs. Both of these scenarios are ones you need to avoid, your product should be of the right quality for its marketplace, after all it is part of your financial success.
Tooling
Once the materials and methods of construction have been defined there may be a need for tooling. We do take time and care to ensure that we select processes that avoid the use of expensive tooling, but occasionally this becomes unavoidable.
Production and Shipping management
Now the product development is over, and the manufacturer has been selected from our list of contracted and audited factories in the Far East we take over one of the most critical parts of our working partnership.
We carefully manage every stage from raw materials selection to regular contact with the manufacturers and carry out site visits to their facilities.
This gives us and our customers peace of mind that the product is consistently manufactured to our exacting standards.
We don't stop there though we take the time to ensure that every stage of the shipping is carried out to ensure that the product is properly protected until you have it safely in your hands.
